Yeenam

Growing up with a mother who was a wedding dress maker, attention to detail has always been an important part of my designs. I first started beading jewellery, having been bitten by the 'design bug' I enrolled on several silversmithing courses and the City and Guilds Structured Jewellery (skills-based) course.

Colour, texture and contrast are significant influences in my jewellery. I like to explore, using alternative mixed with traditional materials in my jewellery leading to very experimental unusual pieces.

Some of the alternative materials I have used in my pieces include painted pebbles and recycled circuit boards.
